Through yoga-inspired movement and mindful breathwork, you are guided to move with presence, soften into your strength, and cultivate trust in your body’s natural rhythms from pregnancy to postpartum and beyond.

Each session offers a sacred pause, a time to release tension, center your mind, and nurture the connection between you and your baby.

Learn evidence-based breathing techniques to regulate your nervous system, manage sensations, and deepen your sense of calm and focus.

  • Expecting mothers preparing their bodies and minds for birth

  • Postpartum mothers ready to reconnect, rebuild, and restore

  • Any mother wishing to move, breathe, and nurture herself with compassion and awareness

No prior yoga experience is needed, only curiosity, openness, and a willingness to tune in.

Introductory Offering

As I complete my yoga teacher certification, I am opening a limited number of spaces for mothers to experience Yoga-Inspired Movement for Birth and Beyond at a special founding rate.

Each session weaves together gentle movement, breathwork, and mindful awareness to help you feel grounded, open, and at ease in your body and in your motherhood journey.

1:1 Private Session (60 minutes) – $50
In-home or virtual, personalized to your needs and stage of motherhood

3-Session Series – $135 (save $15)
Build consistency and connection through three tailored sessions

5-Session Series – $220 (save $30)
Deepen your practice with breath, movement, and restoration across five sessions

Hi, I am Marina, Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula, CPR Certified, and Yoga-Inspired Movement Guide in certification.
My passion is helping mothers reconnect to their inner strength and rhythm through mindful movement, breath, and nurturing support.
